Privacy policy
Last updated 17 October 2026.
HypeToCart is a small independent site run from the UK by an Etsy seller. This page explains what personal data we handle and why. In short: the only personal data we collect is the email address you give us to get the newsletter.
Newsletter signups
When you subscribe to HypeToCart Monday we collect your email address, plus which region you signed up for (UK or US) and the page you signed up on, so we know which version of the newsletter to send and which pages people find useful. We use it only to send you the newsletter (and a welcome email) and never sell it or share it with anyone else for marketing.
Subscriptions are stored and emails are sent by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, which processes the data on our behalf and may record standard email statistics such as opens and clicks. Our legal basis is your consent; you can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email. We keep your address until you unsubscribe.
Spam protection
To stop automated signups, the signup form briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated attempts. It is held in memory for about ten minutes and is not stored or shared.
Browsing the site
This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which processes requests (including IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. The trend data we publish is aggregated growth percentages and scores about keywords; it contains no personal data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. To do so, reply to any HypeToCart Monday email. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date above.
