Raw change, not seasonally adjusted (some of it may be the normal time of year). The signal is separate: it subtracts the same week last year only when a source has 54 or more weekly points after alignment, which in practice is only Google Trends (UK and US). WoW = latest week vs the week before. MoM = average of the last 4 weeks vs the 4 weeks before (needs at least 3 weeks in each window). Weeks start on Sunday. Only percentages are shown, never listing counts. A percentage is not shown when a source has fewer than 2 weekly points (the cell says “too early”, or “Building history” for a new eBay or Etsy series), or when a change of −100% comes from a previous Google or Pinterest index under 5 or a previous count under 20. A −100% week-on-week change is also withheld when that source has no month-on-month figure yet, so a short series that falls to zero is not shown as a collapse. Those cells say “too early”, with the tooltip “not enough history yet”. Etsy UK column = all Etsy shops worldwide (Etsy has no buyer-country filter); Etsy US = US-based shops. Google Trends: UK and US each have their own series.

eBay and Etsy figures are still building history. We started collecting them recently, so where a marketplace figure is not ready yet it shows Building history rather than a percentage. Week-on-week figures appear after two weekly snapshots and month-on-month after about seven.

Google web search0.0low volume
YouTube search (Google Trends)0.0low volume
Google Shopping0.1low volume

Low volume = 4-week average below 5 on the interest index, too little to give a reliable percentage. The year-ago subtraction applies only when this source still has at least 54 weekly points after it is lined up with the shortest series. In practice that is only Google Trends (UK and US). Otherwise the figure is the raw week-on-week change, floored at −100%. Pinterest, eBay, Etsy and the YouTube Data API are not adjusted.
